I would say it takes a little getting used to find the right position but after a few tries it became second nature.

People also complained that the charge cable doesn't fit in or won't stay in without falling out, this is true it doesn't feel like its in even though it is and if you wiggle it slightly too and fro it does come out, BUT once you put it in and put the charging cradle on a non slip surface like my desk or a table or anywhere really, thanks to the rubber on the bottom of the cradle it hardly moves at all so no worries about the cable falling out unless you nudge the cable itself.

People say that it doesn't come with a charge cable, true but I just plugged in the charge cable that came with the speaker itself, failing that I would have used my PS4 charge cable or my Samsung charge cable or just brought one of eBay for a couple of pounds, seriously its no big deal.
